Vivio's is a neighborhood favorite. This great little dive bar serves up one heck of a bloody mary, which is appropriate, considering Vivio's mascot is a pepper holding the namesake drink. You can even purchase their popular bloody mary mix at the bar. In addition to a good selection of cocktails and beers, the food at Vivio's is top-notch pub fare as well - in particular, they offer mussels served five different ways: steamed, tomato-basil, pub-style, spicy Cajun and, of course, bloody mary.

Excellent Bloody Mary’s with a great variety as well. Mussels are very good and I truly enjoyed the Muffaletta sandwich.

Absolutely a exciting piece of Detroit history operating as a bar for over 100 years. If you're looking for a quality casual dinning experience that captures the pulse of the city, head to Vivio's in the Eastern Market. The menu is casual but extensive. Of course AMAZING blood Mary’s (try Blood Maria, it’s tequila instead of vodka). Our burger & fries were very good. What topped it off though was our server, Ronda. The place is extremely busy, but she was at our table checking on us AND she has such a wonderful personality! Sometimes you see busy places & the staff is just “all business”, but she really just made the experience worth while. Any time we visit from here on out, I want HER as our server!!!
