Terrible serivce my system has been down for about 4 months and notting has been fixed. It's been a nightmare. They came out and said they fixed it and only half of the system is working. I call and send emails to cases manager and I don't even get a call back 0 stars from me
Horrible, unprofessional experience. Our solar panels have been paid off for a year, and were turned off with NO notice due to "nonpayment". We have called, left voicemails, and attempted the online customer service with no help. We've been trying for weeks to get this resolved and have been told multiple that we would get get called back in 24-48 hours, but it's been two weeks with no response. We are out several hundred dollars because of their incompetence on the issue.
Sunrun is a scam. My system under preforming. Call them 4x and nothing has been done. They never call you back. And close case every single time. As well they lied about monitoring the system. So be very careful about people trying to sell you anything. It means the product is trash.. Tesla is straight forward and cost much less
