My panels have had so many problems from the install to the management.
Review for Sunrun Solar Our salesperson was fantastic helpful, and the only positive part of this experience. Unfortunately, everything after the sale has been a nightmare. From three different post-installation “specialists” who couldn’t deliver on promises, to broken communication and lack of accountability, Sunrun has failed miserably. We are now six months post-installation and our solar is still not turned on. Tony runs a well-rounded establishment. I am sure he trained his staff to treat the customers as though they were your family. When you're on the phone with the staff, somehow you can feel confident and knowing that you are talking with experience and knowledgeable people. Double high five to you Tony and your staff.
