This place is a joke I have been waiting on removal and repair of my roof for the past 4 months now and I can't get anyone on the phone that is willing to help me. Never do any kind of business with this company they are a nightmare.
Estoy en medio de un proyecto con sunrun. Seria mi segundo sistema, el primero fue con una compañia que ya no existe. Ahora el representante de sunrun, Aureliano, nos esta ayudando a agregar mas paneles y baterias. Ha sido in buen servicio y experiencia por parte de el y de sunrun hasta hoy.
Got solar with these guys in 2017 was an amazing experience. Decided to add a PowerWall in 2025 and it's been a total nightmare. Not sure what happened to this once great company. Had multiple scheduling issues, permitting issues, customer service mixups, power wall setting changes. I've talked to so many support people and get different answers. Would stay a way!
