Won’t stop sending pushy aggressive solicitors to my house after repeatedly and explicitly declining their service. Shady half truth sales pitch. Wouldn’t recommend doing business with such a predatory low integrity business.
How do I get their sales people to stop walking pass my gate and into my private yard with all my valuables visible? It's the same sales people and I told them to take me off the list to stop selling me solar. I already have solar, just look at my roof instead of my back yard! Not sure why anybody would do business with Sunrun when they subcontract everything. Go with a better company with ethics and support local business.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, THEY LIED ABOUT WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GONNA DO ON THE INSTALLATION, THEY NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH WHAT THEY SID THEY WOULD DO LIARS LIARS LIARS LIARS LIARS.......I GOT CHEATED THIS IN RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE.......PUT IN THE 400 AMP SERVICE YOU PROMISED....YOU SKIRTED AROUND THAT NOW I AM SHORT ON AMPERAGE......

Mr. Guy Gershoni has been our sales rep since we first contacted Sunrun. Guy has been extremely helpful and has been a guiding light through the entire process up through and including installation. Guy is a superb employee and we are grateful that he has been there for us. Also, the installation crew was extremely professional and completed their work in under the time allotted.
