Just the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. My solar panels was installed improperly. Currently, Half the panels are not producing. I’ve been call daily for the last 2 months and no one follows up. There are alternatives. Just the worst!
Horrendous service fee for faulty part replacement even though it is covered by the warranty. Additionally they require you to sign a document prior to their visit requiring you to pay or face litigation.
Poor support help
Up until now I have had a good experience with Sunrun. 4 years ago when my panels were underproducing they called and compensated me and added more panels, which was awesome. But recently I am extremely disappointed. I received two $400 plus bills from my energy company (they are normally negative or less than $50 a month). I contacted Sunrun and they said yes it looks like you have a few panels not working properly. I made the soonest appointment available (3 weeks out) and the tech who was great btw let us know the panels ... read more
