I am so Disappointed inVivit I have arthritis all sensors just about has went out bought countless batteries system makes this funny noise at night and I can't get no one from this conpany to come and at least try to help with it please go to a company like ADT OR DO RING Because vivivit is not a good company this company is Horrible
Sigh, I don't know..... I don't know where to begin here. I had the system 3 days and then everything just went down. I had customer service just pretty much tell me "good luck" and scheduled me for 2 weeks to fix their system..... The only person trying to help is the salesman, and I think even he is going to back out. So, just be forwarned...
Dont, I was told twice not once but twice . . "You can cancel at any time!!" I received NO paperwork, I Requested the paperwork I signed, Nobody mailed me paperwork after telling me they would . I've called these people to cancel service. Another reason why... My alarm went off I was 45 mins away from. No police responded, No Vivant called, I had to manually turn the alarm off. When I got home and I had to ask the neighbors to walk inside with me. I called Vivant, they dont care. I have been round and round with these people... read more
