Things went sideways at the end of our purchase - and Vivienne was right there to make sure that it was taken care of and made right. we didn’t look at a thousand properties with her, but we saw enough unusual homes to put her through her paces. She knows what she is doing, and she is a bulldog for her clients, though she would rather we say she is a barra-barra-barracuuuuuuuuda.
We looked at a lot of houses before we found the one that works for us. Vivienne stood up for us when talking to other agents, and even our lender when there were hiccups. She made a complex process a lot easier.
