We were happy with Dr. Pan's services. However the billing company they use is unbelievably bad. They are sending us the bills for something they shouldn't. They are unable to review the account. They ignore the EOBs. They request additional EOBs even though they have correct ones. They never call back.

I was referred to Dr. Pan's office for my high-risk pregnancy, and unfortunately, my experience with the staff was less than pleasant. When I inquired about the possibility of an earlier appointment, I was met with a rude response from Tiffany. Given the nature of my situation, I expected a higher level of professionalism and empathy, especially when working with patients facing high-risk pregnancies. I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. pan and her entire office staff. I was extremely anxious going into a second pregnancy after a premature delivery in my first pregnancy. Dr. Pan is not only brilliant but also truly cares about her patients and my husband and I always felt like we were in the best hands. SO RUDE !!!! Don’t waste your time !!! Let’s start with her staff , the woman named Tiffany at the front desk is a ray full of shine . Literally hates her job and gives you horrible attitude over the phone . This place is outdated and after driving an HOUR for my appointment, they wouldn’t see me because I brought my 8 year old with me . Told me she couldn’t come in and needed to wait outside by the parking lot , not even in their waiting room !?!? What a joke ! Going somewhere else!!!

The charges are 4 times higher than what they quote you over the phone and other services may be performed that you dont expect to wrack up the bill. A simple placental follow up is close to 2K and no insurance doesnt even cover half if you are high risk. Dr.Pan is nice and no issues with the visits. I would compare cost with other offices before going here. Or at least ask questions so you are more aware and dont go into treatments blindly like I did.
