RecommendedProfessional, courteous, timely, and consistent. My experience with the Vivid Smiles team has been nothing short of exceptional. I have referred a family member to Dr. Franklin and his team, who later went on to get braces and the overall experience was great based on what was communicated to me. I would recommend to others. A gem in the Riverdale/Clayton county area.

I’ve tried calling twice to set up an appointment and left on hold and forgotten. Last appointment I showed up and wasn’t informed that the appointment was cancelled. Horrible booking practices. Need to retrain all front office/receptionists in proper appointment booking procedures.
I am 53 but im like a 2 year old when it comes to the dentist. Imm so scared of needles drills etc. Dr. Franklin n the new Dr. Brown are the best. I moved from College Park to Lithonia but i will take the drive cuz its hard to find a good dentist n one that's patient with my fearfulness.
Unprofessional experience from Dr. Franklin. I will never return.
