Speak Slowly, Loudly, Pray, then Repeat! – I am sure you can find a talented, tactful, professional, friendly stylist here however, I did not find this in the owner, Liz. My hair was so uneven that my next stylist had ppl in her salon come over to explain how you never leave a clients hair, and I did explain to Liz that it was uneven, and she didn't fix it only made me believe that I was blind or my head must be on crooked, not how to respond to a customers concern. Ritchie's the best! – Vivid was the first salon I came to after moving to Atlanta. While Vivid's very nice, Ritchie is the absolute BEST stylist I have seen here in Atlanta (I once tried Salon Red and let's just say I really missed Ritchie after that one.) Modern, Innovative, Reasonable &.....champagne or wine! – I heard about Vivid thru word-of-mouth and decided to try something different. My first impression was that I loved the modern open loft look with music dancing off the ceiling...I felt so hip! It was also pretty nice to be offered wine, champagne or a beer! No contact info for my former stylist. Seriously? – I called for an appointment with Ritchie who has been with Vivid for a year. I was told that he was no longer with the company and it was strongly suggested to me that I see someone else. I then told the "Disney Princess" receptionist that I was not interested and if I could have his info I'd really appreciate it. I was told that she did not have that information available. Seriously? Jeffrey is fabulous! – I've used this salon for about 1 year, but became a client of Jeffrey Diamond only about 3 months ago. I walked out and told all my friends that he was the best person I've ever had cut my hair. Ritchie is amazing! – I saw Ritchie back in November and I can't say enough about him. When Ritchie and I met wediscussed what I do for a living, low maintanence vs. high, what are my goals, etc. Once we got started, he took me from long hair with a lot of wave to sleek and stylish with my new bangs and medium length hair. I haven't had bangs in over 15 years and when he was finished, he made me feel so confident. Thanks, Ritchie! Looking forward to seeing you soon.
