There are not NEARLY enough good things my fiance and I could say about Vivian's work, her organization, her tenacity, and her character. We had to sell a house and purchase another, and she led the entire process seamlessly. The strings she will pull on her clients' behalf know no bounds, and she's the most zealous of advocates for those she works with. I cannot recommend her or her team enough. If I had 100 homes to buy and 100 more to sell, I'd give her and her team all of the work.

Vivian, you are simply the best. I have to say, it was an honor to see you work. You were, by no uncertain terms, a literal God-send. Particularly given my very unique and difficult situation.
