Vivian is very quick and responsive about my service request to our rental unit. They sent the worker immediately next morning to fix the pipes that were leaking. I really appreciate the prompt communication.
Vivian will do quite literally anything to get a sale, including telling you her client is ultra desperate to sell and in shambles financially. Very odd to pass that information over given it was my first ever conversation with her. She didn't represent me and never will! It's a funny story for me to tell but leaves me deeply worried for any person she represents.
