We purchased a home from Vivian Lesney in 2023 and within months, cracks appeared on the walls and ceilings that had been concealed. We also discovered flooding in the garage that was never disclosed. Based on google map satellite images, it seems two trees were removed without properly resealing the area, causing severe leaks that damaged the garage floor.
