If your idea of having a fun time is being misdiagnosed, enduring a poor surgical outcomes and then paying for it, then this is the place for you. The shear level of incompetence is mid blowing. Neither the doctors nor the physician assistants are able to differentiate between normal moles and malignant ones, which begs many questions that may be answered in court.
Dr. Bucay, and her entire staff are awesome. Dr. Bucay is extremely knowledgeable, and takes her time to be sure all questions are answered, so if you have to wait, it is well worth it. I have been a patient of hers for over 15 years, and have sent many patients to her. Whether you are seeing her for medical, cosmetic, or a combination of both, you are in the very best hands with Dr. Bucay and her team. Doctors like her are a very rare find!
Loved the staff..and love her! Did tons of research and she is the BEST. Totally trust her... regarded as the expert in the field and she is extremely personable !
She performed a body check , removed and biopsied a suspicious lesion. The removal left a large scar and the suspicious area was nothing but a benign brown spot. She also charged to spray 14 spots when she only sprayed a wart. She appeared very disinterested. I do not recommend this physician.
I have used the services of Dr Bucay and her staff for many years now and there is not a more caring and compassionate team around. I took my son to have some work done on his acne over 11 years ago when he was only 17. Within 6 months his entire face was clear and his self esteem restored.
