I never had time to share this but I'm going to now. I went there almost 7 months ago. I had developed a very bad reaction on my legs. Do you want to know what the response was in a matter of 10 mins? Well, they said it looked like Leprosy. What the actual f#$k?! Was my reaction. I had my first chemical peel done with Melissa ! What a great experience. she made me feel super comfortable and relaxed! She answered all my questions and concerns. Very educated on all the procedures I had questions on . All the staff at Dr. Bucay office were very nice and approachable. The atmosphere was very warm and comforting. All around great experience will be coming back for many many more ���
I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the staff at Dr. Bucay's office. I absolutely love the level of care Dr. Bucay and Melissa provide. I am truly impressed by the entire experience and love my results. Coming to this office is like dealing with trusted friends and I would not consider changing doctors.
I made an appointment to meet with Dr Bucay for a consultation. When I arrived, her assistant took me into a room and began to ask questions. Based on my answers, she developed a treatment plan and asked me to sign a tablet regarding the treatments. After a while, I asked if I was going to visit with Dr Bucay and she said no, she was qualified to give me the necessary treatment plan.
