I made an appointment to meet with Dr Bucay for a consultation. When I arrived, her assistant took me into a room and began to ask questions. Based on my answers, she developed a treatment plan and asked me to sign a tablet regarding the treatments. After a while, I asked if I was going to visit with Dr Bucay and she said no, she was qualified to give me the necessary treatment plan. Dr. Bucay and her staff are excellent! I appreciate the fact that inner beauty and aging gracefully is valued at her office. However if you do want something special the staff will point you in the right direction without being pushy. I have been to another dermatologist but I felt very rushed and did not get the same welcoming vibe as I do at Dr. Bucay's office. I highly recommend Dr. Bucay. I trust her team with my keeping skin healthy!
