Just sharing my personal experience. I went here for about a year because it’s close to home, but they don’t seem to value long-term clients. They prioritize walk-ins and new customers over people who actually stay loyal. I’m 9 months pregnant and had to cancel a few times for medical reasons, but we always called ahead.
