Wanted short almond shaped acrylic nails. The nails are more so in the middle of my actual nail does not reach sides or near my cuticle. They are also poorly shaped. I had to come home and shape them myself. You also cannot leave a tip on the card. You have to cash app or venmo them. They got 2 stars because the place is clean, The staff is nice and it doesn't have that overwhelming nail salon smell.

After waiting patiently for 30 minutes, a nail technician told me to come sit at her station. About 5 minutes later ,a lady walks in and the nail technician says that I need to allow the customer to come sit at the station I was waiting. I found that very off putting especially since the lady stated she was late for an appointment. I walked out and will never be back.
got acrylic nail fill-in done on wednesday, friday I broke one at work. went in, took me as walk-in so had to wait til worker was available. She fixed my nail like brand new!! I was very appreciative she didnt charge for the repair so i tipped her $10. My nails ALWAYS look great when i leave here!! Thank you ViVi Nails
