Yuki knocks it out of the ballpark once again!!! She did mine & my daughter’s nails today, SNS. We’re ready for summer!!! Vivi is professional, clean and always accommodating. David and Yuki are our favorites, but Chow, John and the rest of the crew are also wonderful. We come all the way from East Hampton for them, wouldn’t go/trust anywhere else!

I made an appointment for myself and my daughter. My daughter was getting a pedicure. I made an appointment to get a full set of acrylics at the same time. I waited 40 minutes for my appointment. She said that somebody was busy and they only had one person to do acrylics. I asked her why she took my appointment for 11 o'clock when the person was already With another customer. All she said was sorry. Please do not come here. They are rude and condescending.

I’m so disappointed about what happened to this place. It used to be so amazing and do such a professional job. I literally took off the polish before I left. It looked like a child did it with lumps and uneven color. Literally go anywhere else. It isn’t the same place as it once was.

Called and asked prices over the phone was given a rate of $85 for mani pedi, when I arrived and picked out my color (happened to be gel instead of regular) the price went from $85 to $145. $60 More just for a gel color??? I walked out 😔
