This place is horrible. I have been there multiple times. I have made appointments and I wait over 45minutes to an hour before a manicurist is available. Once the manicurist gets to you they are not focused on the service they are providing you because they are frantically rushing to get to the next client. All the while the boss lady sits up front screaming at everyone as she is working on a client. It is a true nightmare! There is nothing relaxing about the experience. Staff is very rude and nails are extremely bumpy! Recommend going literally anywhere else.
i paid $80 for a gel fill in after being told it was $55. The guy who did my nails was rough and rude and the girl at front did nothing too help. this place is terrible.
Yoyo did a great job on my nails and was very quick, good atmosphere but a long wait even when you have an appointment. They do a lot of services within what you already pay which is nice.
One of the worst pedicures I’ve ever gotten. Didn’t file or cut anything. The massage was lackluster at best; it felt more like a light tickle than a proper pampering. When it was time for polish, Dave didn’t even bother to clean up around the edges. Stevie Wonder would have done a better job. $50 down the drain. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, wishing I had just done it myself at home. I can’t believe I paid for such a lack of service.
