I’ve been a loyal customer here for a long time, and I’ve always had good experiences with the other staff. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. I asked for a French dip powder manicure, which is how I always get my nails done. When Tommy started applying the tips, he extended them all the way down to the bottom of my natural nail instead of placing them correctly on the tip. Manis and pedis are the best. Very clean
Had my nails done just now by Ava and she did the most incredible job I’ve ever seen .. she deserves a raise or to be manager .. she’s one of the kind.
