I’m very impressed with this spa. It is clean with great atmosphere and nail techs are very friendly.
We (3 of us. 2 fillins and 1 fullset) arrived at 6:04 pm on a Saturday and there was 4 people waiting. Within 45 minutes those were done and gone. 3 employees get up and go to the back and start cleaning up. .15 minutes later they take my daughter back to do her fullset. My mother and I set there for almost 2 hours and never got acknowledged until my daughter was done and we told them we had been there almost 2 hours and weren't going to do ours. Poor service. ...
The only place in Richmond I will go! � they are the best. Best quality sns nails! With soo many color choices! My girl Linda always has me leaving satisfied! And doesn't get mad at my sweaty hand problem lol go vivi nails! You're the best!
love it and go there and they make sure that you are happy and love ur nails if not they will fix it before u leave

Today was my first-ever visit to ViVi and I highly recommend trying it out. The services were top notch and everyone was very friendly. I'll definitely be back when I'm in town!
