I have been to Vivi nails a couple of times before and have not had a super negative experience. Today was horrible, borderline dangerous. My pedicure technician was a young male. From the start, when he was shaping my nails, he cut into my nail bed so deep that it hurt. He would also pull the skin when shaping my nails which was painful instead of cutting off the extra skin or hangnail. I called to see about getting in for a gel manicure and my friend for a fill. It was noon on a Friday. I wasn't hopeful, but they said come right in! Their salon is very clean, has excellent customer service, HUGE selection of gel polish colors! The language barrier was minimal. They were very fast and did an excellent job for both myself and my friend! We will definitely be back when we visit Grand Forks again!! Highly recommend, they are amazing!

Had a great time getting acrylics done today. My nail tech was very pleasant and did a beautiful job. Good prices and comfortable atmosphere!
