The apartments on the older side have outdated appliances. The pictures on the site does not show this. Leaky toilets and paint slapped on with drippings on the base boards. Im going to say they use dollar tree awesome or fabulousa to clean. Vacummed the carpet first day full of dog hair.Not every unit has washers and dryers. The commode are low set and have to be 2o yrs old. I will give the location and quietness 5 stars but coming where I come from 30 yrs ago theses apartments would be in the hood. Aislynn, Elisa, and Tiffany are amazing! Always very friendly and welcoming to speak with. They run a tight ship, but are very understanding. Their property management qualities accentuate this beautiful community here at Vivere. I am pleased to be back home (lived here previously for 1.5 years, 3 years ago) in such a friendly and kind community! Also, Alejandro the lead Maintenance Tech, is phenomenal! When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Elisa. I told her exactly what I was looking for and I found the perfect apartment. She answered all of my questions and gave a thorough tour of the property. I love the landscaping and overall look of the property. Elisa was very professional, friendly and she is the reason I have made my decision to rent the apartment.
