Bikes and materials of high quality. Slight issue with ordering but service great when we spoke. Excited to receive bike and updating listing with photos. Thank you!
UPDATE: After writing this review, I received communication from Vivelo regarding my order. They immediately located the inventory and had it shipped to me as overnight delivery. Bonus - they send a few additional accessories as an apology. That is extreme and courteous customer service and I am one happy lady. Can't wait to put all the accessories on my bike and take a spin! They need to update their website, Instagram and google. My husband drove an hour to pick up a bike and they were out of business. They have not updated it anywhere on their pages. Beware and don’t waste your time.
