They make the cutest customizations EVER! Got a bike from there few months ago and all of my friends always ask me where did I get it. Perfect for afternoon rides in Miami Beach.
Bikes and materials of high quality. Slight issue with ordering but service great when we spoke. Excited to receive bike and updating listing with photos. Thank you!
UPDATE: After writing this review, I received communication from Vivelo regarding my order. They immediately located the inventory and had it shipped to me as overnight delivery. Bonus - they send a few additional accessories as an apology. That is extreme and courteous customer service and I am one happy lady. Can't wait to put all the accessories on my bike and take a spin!
