Verified Renter If I provide a review, it would be a negative review based on the leasing staff's unprofessionalism. Complex is beautiful, but the staff and their unprofessional interactions with residents is very disappointing. I would expect better from a Greystar property.

Verified Renter I’ve been living at Vive Luxe for 2.5 years and recently moved into a larger apartment. I haven’t had any issues during my time here. The management has always been responsive, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. I really enjoy the amenities offered, and it’s great to see that they’re constantly upgrading the building. For example, they’re currently replacing the corridor carpets with wood flooring.
1540$ loss!!! Poor Leasing manager Service, ignores residents' email. If you want your car to be towed, even if you pay the expansive parking fee, while you are travelling and pay 1540$ to get it back and leasing manager and manager's manager keep ignoring your emails for 2 months and you'll never be able to speak to him via phone, this is the right place for you! Verified Renter Do not move here they do not clean the apartments between residents and they are in poor condition. Maintenance is not done on the apartments between resident. The garage door does not work we have been locked in/out multiple times. Key fobs do not work. There is animal urine throughout the building.
