Great customer service love this office i have recommended ikids and will continue everyone so nice and professional they even have a fridge with water for the patients love it my kids say it's awesome there

My child has some special needs, and the staff, every single one, had the same goal, to make her feel safe and comfortable during her care. We wouldn't go anywhere else! She's building confidence and trust! I would recommend for any child, the office is run so well, front and back, thanks iKids.
We had a great experience and would definitely recommend ikids to friends and family. Both my kids feel comfortable there and they like it.
My oldest had a blast with you guys! She loved all the ladies and the dentist was great. My younger one was not happy at all! I explained on the new patient questionnaire that she does not like x-rays. She has a sensitive gag reflex and she says that when she puts the paper in her mouth she feels like she is going to swallow it and her "spit" makes her choke. everythig was outstanding
My 5 yr old had to have extensive oral surgery, and the dentist and techs couldn't have taken better care of her. She did very well, had minimal pain and bleeding, and they calmed her fears. They were very attentive of her.
Only thing is your phone problems Amri had been in pain since Friday left messages forv3vdays to only find out your system wasnt working. The dentist wecsaw todayvwas excellent and all staff.
I was very PLEASED with the overall customer service my daughter had. Even with her special needs the staff treated her as just a "REGULAR" CHILD They spoke to her and of course she looked at me for approval to answer them. Once she was comfortable( which did not take long) she was good with all the staff.
