Everyone is so nice at this office. We were in and out. The nurse was nice to me and my son. She made him feel very calm. Even the dentist.
Everyone was nice, but I did not get the name of the dentist that saw my son. I only found out his name from my bill. The dental tech was very nice too, but I did not get her name either. I miss the introductions to the people who were working on my son, but I am not complaining they were great.
It was my daughter first time to the dentist I was very please with the service they answer my questions as I wish and the site is kids friendly and clean
I had appointment scheduled for my 2 kids at 9:30am and 10:00am. Unfortunately we were 2 mints late for our first appointment. Dah, they always have forms to fill. They gave our 9:30am space to someone who probably came early for their appointment. Now it is 10:20am and we are still waiting. It is very frustrating.
My children absolutely loved ikids dental. The staff was professional and friendly. Even my 7 month old was happy!
This was my 3 year old daughters first time to the dentist and her experience was amazing! During her exam they showed her each tool individually and explained to her what it did. There are televisions over the chairs so if your child is lying down they will look straight up and see a movie. 'Frozen' was playing when we went so I had a VERY happy little girl! I would definitely recommend them
I had an excellent experience at the office the staff was warm caring made my daughter very comfortable and relaxed I most definitely be back I give the office and the staff 5 stars for excellent!!!!
Dr. Hamilton and the staff made us feel very comfortable. Our visit was quick and easy... but I still feel like we came for a reason! I know that I was more nervous than my child and they were absolutely amazing with her. We are excited to go back in 6 months.
My son Alijah's appointment went well. However I have 2 other sons Ernest Anthony Pena, and Adrian Pena who are also patients at your office and have been thru referral of Dr De Rosas Britain. They were scheduled to come in today June 19th @ 3pm after rescheduling 2 times. I called in this morning to request any paperwork needed since I would not be with them. My son Anthony is 17 and Adrian is 15 and they were seen at there prior apt without me or an adult I might add. I was told by Cynthia that they would not be seen with ... read more
