My waitress Mariela was wonderful excellent & gave me excellent service & I recommend her & I give her 5 star!! I recommend Viva La Fiesta Mexican Restaurant in Edwardsville, Illinois, the USA . Good food that grilled chicken fajitas with onion tomatoes green pepper with beans & rice are so amaxing!! Delicious!!

The thing is that I see Calamari as their first picture, And I went there, but there was none. So like their food was really good and the prices were really good, but it was more like a regular Mexican restaurant than the whole we have squid that is promoted I understand because it’s probably that the Hoosiers here do not understand the calamari craving. . First time there...in the beginning the waitress was very attentive to get our drinks and our orders, Salsa tasted watered down, chips had no flavor. we were a party of six and the fish tacos was the last to arrive. Our portion for our dish was mostly rice and maybe a hint of chicken. It tasted ok. Our friend's fish taco had brown fish and tiny pieces. We decided to try the dessert@ and that was fine, but took forever. We had asked for things (menus, spoons, napkins menu)and maybe they didnt have enough help, we're not sure.... read more

I’m a hospitality professional over 20 years. I’ve tried all the mexican restaurants in town. No shade on the rest, this is my favorite. It’s on par with my favorite taquerias in fairmount city or stl I try to go and support them once every week or so. Mariela is really nice and takes good care of me and my family when we go.
