Has no problem being a barrier to healthcare access, especially for women's health. Shame on this company. The only thing insured here is that you're ensured to have a bad time attempting to care for yourself.
So far, it's the worst insurance I have had. From what I can tell, it's better if I dont have any at all. I went to the doctor at the hospital I work for that provides this insurance and they aren't covering any of it. Mind you, this was for a walk in to get tested for covid, the flu, and for a steroid and antibiotic shot and now I am being billed over $500. Pay the extra for blue cross blue shield because this company is a scam.

Big mistake in choosing Viva, rude customer service (Lashonna)and does not pay for anything. Please choose another health plan if you are shopping.
We are bought mattress from VivaHealth company while ago back to October 2024 for my mom she is 95 year old and 100% of her time she spent in the bed. This mattress stopped working already like 1 month after arrived: alarm ringing and mattress flattening itself.We already reached your Vive Health Customer Service and after previous troubleshooting steps and spare parts did not resolve the issue, you have processed a replacement pump ,Support team is not responsive and rude.Never buy this product at all.
