I just had the most wonderful Viva Vital facial with Hannah and I can’t wait to come back. It was super relaxing and my skin looks and feels ahhhmazing!
We were scheduled for a manicure. When we got there, we discovered they didn't have the services we wanted. In fact, they pretty much did everything in their power not to serve us. They made a huge ordeal about removing my current polish because she was "booked back to back." They also made a big deal about us wanting more than just a basic polish. Rude and unprofessional.
We went in with high hopes for a fun, relaxing spa experience, but instead we were hit with rude customer service. They were rude when we asked questions about the services we requested and weren’t helpful towards us when we were trying to get things figured out. They also made us pay even though we got nothing done and they let us leave without telling us anything about it going to be charged anyways. I most definitely will NOT be recommending this place to anyone and I will NOT be returning.

Absolutely the BEST massage experience EVER!! From the start of calling to schedule my appointment (she make a great package suggestions), to the front desk staff member who made me feel welcomed (suggested a wonderful hot tea, to the OUTSTANDING HANDS DOWN BEST MASSAGE EVER with Jane!! Already booked my next 2 massages!!! Thank you Viva!!
The ladies there were so welcoming. Highly recommend go here and enjoying the experience
I'm still here and I don't want to leave...Ever!!! The environment is so calming...everyone is so nice and welcoming...oh and don't forget about the wine and chocolate...I'm moving in... that's all.
