Took our Durango to get checked on Monday they told me it would be a few days for it to get checked. They told me where the waiting room was and that a shuttle left in 50 minutes if I needed a ride. No one ever came in to ask about if I needed the shuttle. Multiple employees walked passed and never asked if everything was ok. No wifi no cable tv. Yesterday they told my husband it would take them 3 months to look at my transmission. They couldn't have told me that Monday so I could have taken my car to a different dealership.... read more

I'm not sure what's with dealerships thesesdays but, but 2 times I have inquired about vehicles and have spoken to 3 different people who promised to get back to me and send me more info on these 2 vehicles and nothing. Don't think I'll be doing business here, ever.

Do not buy a vehicle from this place. My 2015 jeep is under warranty and they want me to pay for my transmission to be looked at doesn't even have 12000 miles on it.
