This company is disgusting and vile. They refuse to work with you despite your circumstances-even if you try to do the right thing. In december of 2024, I had to go to the ER with no health insurance for emergency surgery. I applied for a financial assistance program at St. Rose and was accepted. All of my bills were taken care of except vituity. When i called and tried to arrange a payment plan, they only offered $100 a month. At the time I was on unemployment and trying to make ends meet. Billing was a nightmare! Received a notice from collections. I was never billed first. I'm still waiting for a call back from the billing department.

AWFUL billing practices. I received care in April 2023. Paid my bill promptly in Oct 2023 after receiving the adjusted amount with my insurance. TWO YEARS LATER - August 2025, I receive a letter from a collections agency stating I did not pay the original bill from 2023. Ridiculously insulting. Never received a bill from the emergency room doctor. I have insurance coverage and was charged $2,549.00 for a nosebleed after the deductions for insurance. After hospitalization, I received a “Final Notice” bill for $754. I called Saint Rose Hospital to see if this is correct and what this is for. I was charged $754 by a doctor whom I saw for 15 minutes when I had already paid $2,549.00. This is completely ridiculous.

This is the worst emergency room I have ever gone. Do not go there even you die
