I needed a/c service, and told the tech what I believed was the problem (a fan that was making a lot of noise). He disagreed, and spent an hour replacing an expensive part that didn't solve the problem. Finally he said "you're right, it's the fan after all." Of course, I had to pay for all the wasted time - at $1.60 per minute. I was not pleased, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I left a message for the owner expressing my dissatisfaction, and it was ignored.
