I needed a tow and they were able to get me off the road and to the shop very quickly. It was so cold that my battery died and I had no heat for at least 2 hours. Once they got the call they were there before the ETA. Would recommend this company and Eric,my driver, rescuer to anyone in need.
Misleading advertising. They posted on Facebook that they had a used battery, and when I went there, they told me they only had one left, and it cost $70, but their post said $45. I'd rather buy a new one at Walmart.
I requested a tow for tonight and waited over two hours, only for it to be canceled at the last minute. The real issue is what they told my insurance company afterward. They claimed they spoke with me and that I asked to reschedule the tow for tomorrow. That is a flat-out lie. We never spoke — not once. No call, no text, no conversation of any kind.
