This review is solely for the City of Industry branch run by manager William Cheng. Our date of loss was in August of 2018. It has been almost two years now I still have not heard a settlement/ resolution to this case. Every time I speak to William, I get the run around. There is always some kind of excuse to either not pick up my call or tell me to wait x amount of time. It ranges from weeks to months.
