Not a good experience. After the clinic switched to it's new services I was told to pay for a consultation fee to continue getting medication refills even though I was already an established client from prior. They told me they sent notification on the policy but I never received any notice. I could not afford another fee after I just paid $400+ for services so I asked if they would at least honor a simple medication refill request in the meantime. They denied my medication.
