Poor communication, lack of empathy, followed by no support with the end stage of life for your loved one! Sadly disappointed by this company who says one thing and does another. Medicare/medical fraud they treated my grandpa like a number not a person. If you love someone please don't sign them up for this. If your with Vitas your helping them steal medical a money. Of I could give them a - 5 stars I would. Terrible, disrespectful, thieves.
