With very notable exceptions, this company over promises and under delivers. Almost everything they said when we had to place my father on hospice, was not true or a lie. The only benefit we received, was a person came to our home M-F for around 20 minutes, to wash my dad, with a rag on his bed. There was not a lot of water involved. She was very sweet but by her own words, overworked. Don’t just go by name recognition or the empathetic presentation they come with. Research, research, research….
