The office appears helpful when making appointment. The appointment was easy to make. HOWEVER THAT IS WHERE HELP ENDS. Once at the office, we were rushed and have been waiting for nearly 4 weeks for biopsy results (We were told results would be released within 2 weeks) and staff will not tell us how much longer we need to wait nor confirm reason for delay. I've been going to this office for two years and have never met Dr. Blatnoy, but Elena Shumsky, his PA, is thorough and very professional. The office is very clean and extremely efficient.
I was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival. The staff was courteous and professional. Dr. Blatnoy was caring and compassionate. He answered all of my questions and did not rush through the visit. Great bed side manner. I was concerned about a rash on my chest, and he was able to relieve some of my fears and concerns that it was something serious. I have been making regular visits to Dr Blatnoy over the past 2 years. He continues to impress with a very clean, well organized office, a friendly and welcoming staff and on time appointments. Mine is a difficult case and he has shown the same care and concern on each visit. Dr Blatnoy is a highly professional gentleman with a gentle personality and I am confident he has the knowledge to deal with my case. So far great success.
While appearing very pleasant, he seemed to lack interest and knowledge in my concerns, generally just chatting with his two assistants. After offering some vague recommendations he insisted on prescribing medicine I repeatedly told him I was allergic too. And then his office attempted to double bill me for the visit. Waste of time.
Nice MD. 33 years in Healthcare as an RN, so I have some experience. He has good bedside manner, knowledgeable, compassionate and ALL his staff seems to be very competent! Would recommend

The entire staff is professional, respectful & personable. Scheduling is a seamless process. There is little to no wait time & the atmosphere is clean & pleasant. Dr. Blatnoy & Elena Shumsky are thorough & honest, & they strive to make you feel comfortable.
