Came in yesterday and had the best time shopping around and looking at all the pieces. Isabel was so helpful and so fun to talk to, not only was she a huge help but she was very down to earth gave the best recommendations. Definitely will be returning

I came into vitaly on melrose last week to try on a few pieces in person that i found online to be sure i liked them before buying. the people who helped me out (i think they were the managers) were incredibly rude and i did not feel welcomed at all. i felt like they were almost laughing at my style and the jewelry i preferred and hearing the way they talked to the other employee there was wild. the vibe was so weird and they kept hovering over me instead of letting me shop and look at the jewelry. i love the brand and i was... read more

Don’t buy anything from these scammers! I purchased a chain as a gift, and the color of the marbles changed in less than two weeks, even without being worn, while it was still in the box. I took the chain to the store and asked for an exchange or warranty, but they refused to help and referred me to their website. I also received no support from their website. The chain cost $120 and was supposed to have a lifetime warranty. I wasted my money. Don’t buy from a brand that has no customer support and makes fake promises!
