Came in today to shop for a necklace. Ended up leaving with two. The guy I worked with (I think the manager), was so friendly from start to finish. Sometimes when you go to shops like these, you constantly feel like you are being sold to. He checked in with me every few minutes to see if I wanted to try anything on. Rather than being pushy, I just felt like his mission was to help me find something that suited my interests. Ordered online, tried to refund but they still haven’t paid me back. Its been 45+ days. Scam.
Isabel has helped me out a couple times now and it’s always an awesome experience. She’s so warm and friendly and has a great eye for style. I leave every time stoked about my new piece.
TERRIBLE customer service! The manager tries, at all costs, to keep you from returning items. STAY AWAY
The store has the worst customer service imaginable, especially the manager. HE IS A HORRIBLE PERSON, soooooo rude! This is the kind of person who should not be running a store or working in retail at all. Terrible. The product is good, but the service is DEPLORABLE. It ruins the entire experience. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!
