Isabel has helped me out a couple times now and it’s always an awesome experience. She’s so warm and friendly and has a great eye for style. I leave every time stoked about my new piece.
TERRIBLE customer service! The manager tries, at all costs, to keep you from returning items. STAY AWAY
The store has the worst customer service imaginable, especially the manager. HE IS A HORRIBLE PERSON, soooooo rude! This is the kind of person who should not be running a store or working in retail at all. Terrible. The product is good, but the service is DEPLORABLE. It ruins the entire experience. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!
Had my first Vitaly experience today! I’ve been eyeing their chains online for literally years but wanted to see them in person to decide what to get. Special shoutout to Isabelle and Carlos for taking SUCH good care of me, letting me try on a million different styles, and helping me decide on one that I’m very happy with!
