Do not go for minor Emergencies. Urgency is what they most lack. Minor colds or dumb things like that take precedent over actual lacerations or blunt traumas.

Staff mentioned they did not have strep throat test. Overheard staff mentioning they are understaffed. They said I had covid but did not prescribe paxlovid like the last time I got covid . I eventually had to pay again to obtain antibiotics since it was strep throat. I think its selectivity on who gets the test because the regristar lady asked if I was going to get the strep test.
