Had to bring my puppy in for an emergency visit today. Showed up as a walk-in and was welcomed with open arms, however, they were upfront that I'd likely have to wait. The tech and the vet both apologized about the wait, even though I was a walk-in. We normally see Dr. Z and are happy with her, but today we saw Dr. Bourque. She is great, too! I usually see Dr. Bourque. she is a great practitioner, and along with very caring, I feel she goes above and beyond in her service to my pets. prices are reasonable with excellent care!
Great Service and Affordable!
Thank you to all the staff and especially to Dr. Z who has been so wonderful to me and my sweet girl Casey. Dr. Z has answered all my questions and concerns and didn’t charge me for a recent follow up checkup! It’s so awful when your pet gets sick. I feel better knowing I have a great team of people at Vitality to help my fur baby.
Very friendly staff, and almost no wait time. They got us in for a sick appointment when our fur baby took a turn for the worse. Was very happy with the whole experience.
