Went in today for an emergency chicken visit. Cannot say enough wonderful things about Vitality's staff. Front desk was busy with phones ringing off the hook but welcoming and thorough with our new client check in. Josh (I think) the vet tech was AMAZING. So kind and gentle with our hen and also with my very sad 14 year old daughter and I. Went in there for the first time bc my vet was closed. They were amazing! Treated me and my dog like we’ve been there forever! Awesome staff and vets... i could go on and on about how awesome they’ve been. 🐶👍🏻
Brought my Angel cause she was extremely sick. It turned out to be bad news and a heavy hearted decision I had to make. The staff are extremely nice and very friendly and helpful, and they gave me all the time I needed to be able to say goodbye to my little girl. I highly recommend this place to anyone who had a sick or healthy animal, cause they have a heart and they are very caring as well as reasonably priced. Thank you all for your help, time and for especially for your support.
I would like to thank all of the kind and compassionate staff. I brought my cat in screaming in his carrier, it was an emergency I didn't know what to do with. Everyone helped in the care of my cat, Munroe. I highly recommend this office to animal owners. They are thorough and helped my boy. We thank you!!!
