They seem to overbook and the wait times are ridiculously long no matter when you schedule. They don't call to tell you to come in later. It isn't worth saving a few dollars when the service is not working. The clinical staff is great. Front desk not attentive or informative. They just do not have the resources for the number of pets they try to serve. It's too bad because I know many people like the vets.

We took our pup in for a UTI and left with a full exam, urine test results, and medication for around $70. When I called other Vets they charged $80 for the test alone. The care was of high quality with all the staff. Everyone was professional and kind. They worked really well with our dog who, of course, was nervous. I highly recommend this Vet office for anyone looking for quality care for an affordable price.
This Vitality Veterinary. I WENT HERE WITH A CAT BOOTIE A BAD BROKEN LEGG THE BREAK WAS HORRIBLE. BUT DR.REESE AND ALL THE STAFF. THEY ARE VERY NICE!!! CLEAN,DR.REESE CALLED ORTHOPEDIC DOCTER!!! SHE DID NOT HAVE TO. BUT SHE'S THE BEST AND VERY CARING!!! CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE!!! THE BEST PLACE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH 🐾🐱🐅❤❤❤

Took Cody my 6 yr old beagle to Vitality for the 1st time today. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable and showed a genuine concern for our dog. All issues were addressed and treated without having to take out a second mortgage. Found our new vet!
