Adira is absolutely amazing, words cannot describe how amazing and kind she was and is during my appointment. She checked every box I was looking for and made me feel sooooo confident leaving. I will forever be back to book with her and HIGHLY recommend!
I went there with high hopes to get my hair color.. but when I reached, the stylist that was assigned to me said - “we don’t have enough time to do this today” whereas while booking the appointment I did mention that I need a full hair color and a hair cut with possibly highlights that clearly states the number of things I need to get done and the caller booked me for Monday 5:00PM. It was really disappointing to come out without getting anything. Why would you overbook people and then cancel them when they come? I am sorry ... read more
