Cheryl was a wonderful instructor who answered all my (many many) questions!
I had used Vitali once before for my BLS for HCP renewal, it was a great experience. This time, they did not send me the code for the online training component. I left multiple emails and voicemails over the span of a week. Subsequently, I did not attend the live skills training and planned to refute the charge on my credit card because I couldn't get anyone to respond to me. Hands down the best BSL for Providers class I have ever taken in almost a decade of nursing. Cheryl kept the class focused, was very efficient in the use of student time, really focused on making sure we understood the material and the physical processes of high quality CPR, and was a great teacher. I will definitely be getting certified with Vitali from here on out.
