I have not received my pedal commander yet, but I simply left a message to make sure that I got the correct unit for my F150 within a few hours of asking a simple question. I got The fastest response I have ever received plus very professional and attentive plus willing to go the extra mile in any future Issues… Can’t wait to receive the pedal commander plus I will Leave another review for sure

This thing fried my ECM and when I requested a refund and for them to pay for my new ECM I was told that the unit is not capable of doing such things and was hung up on. My uncle owns the dealership that I bought my car from and he said people have all kinds of problems after hooking up the Pedal Commander. Luckily he is my uncle and fixed the problem for me. Installed on my 2014 Grand Cherokee SRT and thought my throttle was pretty good before. I couldn't believe the change in throttle response in just City mode with it on #4. I turned it to Sport+ and it's very very responsive. I had to contact customer service because I couldn.t get it into ECO mode. They contacted me right away that you have to hold the yellow button down for 3 second to activate it for safety going into ECO mode. Makes sense to me.
Fear not, this product delivers as promised! It has exceeded my expectations. Great customer service and I’m already planning on adding another Pedal Commander to my other vehicle.
