Company is poorly run and doesn't answer phone, but instead forces you to leave email/voicemail. Left 4-5 voicemails over week period no response. Will be blacklisting them and encouraging others I know to avoid. Also reported them to the BBB as they actively scam blood donors out of promotions. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
Donating blood is a simple thing to do, and the Vitalant team is very helpful, professional, and encouraging. They make their donors feel appreciated.
Are these reviews being paid for? Or are people legitimately still this misled by irrational propaganda? A non profit is still a company that makes a LOT of money, they have to generate revenue to operate and pay their employees, including 6-7 figure salaries for executives. THERE ARE PLACES THAT PAY YOU FOR YOUR BLOOD DONATIONS.
