I like donating with these people because they have me sitting up rather than laying flat (laying down often made me nauseous)
Company is poorly run and doesn't answer phone, but instead forces you to leave email/voicemail. Left 4-5 voicemails over week period no response. Will be blacklisting them and encouraging others I know to avoid. Also reported them to the BBB as they actively scam blood donors out of promotions. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
