Not sure what happened with the other reviewers who had a negative experience, but I have to say my experience was nothing but positive. I came in as a walk in and was taken back with no issues. The check in was thorough as well as my blood donation. The two ladies working today could not be any nicer. They had awesome attitudes and make you feel very comfortable while giving blood. Will definitely will be coming back!!!

The staffs here are very unwelcoming. We made an apportionment for my dad bcuz we saw that blood bank is critically low and wanted to donate. Unwelcomed when we walked in then was told bcuz im his daughter I cannot do basic translation foe the man who cannot speak English himself. Lol this must be nut rule bcuz at the hospital ppl go to surgeries without a lick of English! And we are simply just trying to donate free blood! What rule is this?
