I'm very impressed with the professionalism at BloodSource Shasta. Very clean & nice facility.
Went in for a platelet donataion and had an AMAZING experience!! The whole staff made me feel so comfortable and were constantly checking on me. I started to feel nauseous in the last 15 mins of my time and I had 4 women around within a minute to help me and make me comfortable. Thy gave a big birthday song to one of the other donators and called so many people by their first name. It seemed like one big family! I know I will continue to come back for more donations. The people are a big reason I go back every Saturday to donate plasma.
Donate if you can it's a great feeling to be able to help those agreed and the staff are amazing and very caring
Really make you comfortable while you are there. Staff is very attentive as well as the volunteers
