I donate on a regular basis, usually weekly. This is the best donor center for Vitalant! I see online/Facebook that some of the Pennsylvania/Ohio centers will have a small celebration when a donor reaches a pivotal donation number; however - you can be sure it's not this center - last time I received a certificate, I found it myself scotch taped to the window of the supervisors office! Don't bother donating blood with Vitalant. They won't show up and they don't care. If you make an appointment they'll just cancel the blood drive without telling you and yet still email you daily about how important it is that you show up to an appointment they've canceled in order to "save lives." This seems to just be some sort of scheme to collect people's private information. My hematologist warned me about how sketchy and untrustworthy Vitalant is and I should have listened.
Always have a quick and easy time with my scheduled donations.
Ebony (I believe she's the supervisor, she looks to be about 26) and her team were great. They were efficient, professional, and had a great customer service. I hope to return to this donation! Thank you ladies for your hard work and kindness. Dream team out here on McKnight road.
