I drove 2 hours to donate blood, only to be told I wasn’t eligible due to a medication that was on my paperwork with them. They already knew this, allowed me to keep my appt and drive 2 hours for nothing.
I've donated blood here 5 times now. Patrick usually is the one who helps me out. He's very professional, all business, and is 3 for 3 on finding the vein the first stab. While I've never donated anywhere else, so I have nothing to compare this location to, it's always been smooth sailing.
If you want a weekly spam call and voicemail from this place for the rest of your life, then 5 stars. If you’re a normal human being, then 1 star. Haven’t been here in 10 years and still get a weekly spam call.
I used to give blood here all the time and after a couple years out of state I got the call from them about donating and was like yeah let's do it. I set up the appointment on the phone (which also gave me almost no information that they usually do like making sure to eat and drink and so on which I mean I know but since it's been literal years since I've been to this specific company you'd think they would want to remind). This place is extremely unorganized and incompetent. They do not keep track of prescriptions sent by doctors and the system seems to tell different employees different things. They make it very difficult to donate blood. Very sad as we are in need of blood donations in this country. Staff is great but upper Managment is pitiful
