I came in with my mom to donate blood, and our experience was extremely disappointing. My mom speaks some English, but she doesn’t read it well, so I always help her with forms and questions, even at doctor’s offices, this has never been a problem. When I tried to help translate for her, the woman at the front desk rudely told me, “I’m talking to her, not to you. I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible decision coming to donate blood here. I’d highly recommend staying far and away from this location. I made the choice to donate and left feeling like I never want to donate again. When I sat down to get the needle in my arm, I knew something was wrong when I felt an intense sharp pain shoot through my arm. I have donated blood numerous times before and know what the poke feels like but this was unlike anything I’ve ever felt. I kindly asked the lady to remove the needle as I knew ... read more
Facility was clean, staff was professional and very welcoming. It was my first time donating blood and they walked me through the whole process with patience, professionalism, and grace. The phlebotomist, H., did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend.
The vitality center in general is fantastic and wonderful and everyone who works there is terrific but the online questionnaire prior to going is useless. It never works, kicks you out of the system, and a total waste of time. Don't waste 20 minutes doing it at home when you'll have to do it again when you get there. Very disappointing. Hard to believe in this day and age that an online form can't be completed with ease.
Its blows me away how good some people can be so good at their job and others not at all. The staff here is great. Thank you!
