No clue why anyone would give less than 5 stars. 1st time donating. Staff was excellent in every way. I'll be back.
I have donated blood at this location numerous times and the staff are always nice. I haven't had problems but today their aseptic practices were lackluster and I would recommend remedial training for better aseptic practices.
First time donating blood, I don’t know what all the bad reviews are about. It was a very positive experience for me. Jonathon took great care of me when I started feeling nauseous. Appreciative.
I came in with my mom to donate blood, and our experience was extremely disappointing. My mom speaks some English, but she doesn’t read it well, so I always help her with forms and questions, even at doctor’s offices, this has never been a problem. When I tried to help translate for her, the woman at the front desk rudely told me, “I’m talking to her, not to you.
