You should stop spamming calls with people who donated one time. Also, your ads for your rewards and points are lies. You will advertise for $15 gift card if you donate yet you guys are not transparent that it is a point system per bag donated before reaching that $15 goal. THAT IS SUCH A BIG SCAM! Stop lying to people just to get donations and be truthful.

Staff is very kind. I have not had to wait long at all. Alaysia was awesome! Very friendly & competent.
These guys call like crazy because there is always a need for blood. Ok fine. I want to give blood. The staff is friendly. However....if I make an appointment at 9:30 I shouldn't have to wait 1 hr 15 minutes to start. Stop over booking. I watched another guy walk out after waiting 30 minutes. Either staff up more effectively or book less.....🤬🤬🤬 Had another appointment: processed me on time. Alaysia was awesome! Very friendly & competent.
