Stopped in yesterday for therapeutic phlebotomy per my doctor's order. I worked with Katie and she was incredibly kind and helpful. My paperwork got lost in transit or something and it took awhile but Katie was amazing and never got flustered. Once that was straightened out she got me going and it was done in no time! Highly recommend.
