Recently bought a new machine and mask. Was told there were 2 options and older model plus mask would be $200 out of pocket after insurance coverage and second option $400 after insurance with better warranty. My portable oxygen concentrator ceased to function while on vacation in Victoria and Ed from Vital Aire was very helpful and provided me with a one week rental oxygen concentrator. His service was excellent.
They helped me locate a hard to replace part on my F20 mask within the same day.
We received excellent service from Edward M. when my husband urgently needed respiratory equipment. Edward was responsive & quick to get us what we needed and, most importantly, so kind and caring when our family needed it most.
